Oh it’s definitely up to the task. We literally (true story) walked into the Soho store and asked for the biggest monster they had. We’d already done the research so it was just a fun thing to say. But still. 8-core, 16 gigs of ram. All streamlined into a machine totally customized for video multi-track video editing in Final Cut Studio. That’s all she do. She smoke.
