There was a time when no one really had much to fear from Just One Voice. You had to be Somebody to be heard. Corporations and swindlers could pretty much have their way with you.
Now we have the Interweb, where everyone can make themselves heard, and frequently do. The court of Public Opinion is now a real powerhouse. Swindle the wrong web-savvy citizen and you will soon find yourself kissing your business goodbye. You won’t get much sympathy from me.
Kevin’s story is a good example. You steal, you get caught, you get crucifed. Power to the people. Bloggers rule the world. And so forth.
