A Calgary magazine is now publishing the Muslim-offending cartoons, citing freedom of the press and the necessity of telling the whole story. While I agree with both principles I can’t help but observe both the predictable public reaction and the benefits this magazine reaps because of it. Nothing wrong with getting noticed.
The Globe points out the publisher’s previous political alignment as well, which comes as no surprise.
I’d say it’s all going rather predictably.
Now that you have suddenly become respectful of people’s religious sensibilities, how far are you willing to go to not offend them? Will banning piggy banks do the trick?

Maybe a banning of pigs will suffice?
