Ugh. This is brutal. blizg is now counting repeat positive votes against its member sites. That’s right. If you’ve given my blog a positive vote (thank you!) in the past three months, and then you realize it’s been a while (but unbeknownst to you LESS than three months) and you head over and plink me another positive vote it counts against me. I’m now cruising at 70th. blech.
I emailed them a couple weeks ago. No response yet.
So I dunno. What do I do? Ditch blizg? The system is seriously flawed, and I don’t see much point in continuing with it if they don’t make some changes.
I’ll email them again (and by all means add your voices!) and see what happens over the next couple days. If I don’t get any love from them, I see no reason to continue sending it.
I’m not sure why you really did it in the first place. Feedback whore I suppose. And now that your results aren’t what you want them to be you quit?
Sounds like something I would do.
COMMENT:
Umm. Hel-LOOO! Positive votes are counting AGAINST ME. Did you not get that part?
Sometimes, gurton. Sometimes.
I got it, but really what does it matter? What is the prize?
“oh, yeah we can’t hang out with that Adrian fellow *he dropped below 90 didn’t you hear?”
I think we’re coming at this with two different philosophies. I want to participate. As long as it works. You, evidently, do not.
