Under normal circumstances I should be at work right now, spinning a mighty mix of retro, house & pop. But the UC isn’t open tonight. Sucks for me. Sucks for anyone who might have been looking forward to hanging out with me. Personally I think you should call the club at 385-LIVE and ask that they stay open on Thursdays. I don’t understand the logic of closing. It’s not going to be any easier to start a night in a month or six months. These things take time to build. Ask Evolution. Ask Legends.
In the meantime work is moving ahead on AdrianTaverner.ca and davin sounds like he’s making progress. While I’m waiting I’ve been trolling the image archives for stuff solid enough to offer for sale through the site. If it’s something I would consider buying myself then it makes the grade. Strangely enough there have been some I initially dismissed which people have shown interest in, so by all means offer me your suggestions for the final cut right here.
I’ve also made an interim rate card for anyone looking to have some pictures taken or with an event that needs covering. You’ll note I’ve also included a price for anything you might like in the gallery already. $20 for an 8×10 print and I’ll pay the postage. Dj needs to pay the rent. My goal is to sell twenty 8x10s by the end of the month so if you’ve been sitting on the fence now’s the time to jump.
8×10 not big enough? Of course we can go bigger. Just lemme know. My print shop says we can go as big as 65″ by “as big as you need” so yes: we can wallpaper your house.
