spammers must die (and sometimes they do)

Facebook has won a judgement against a couple of spammy fuckers (story here) to the tune of $873 million.  FB doesn’t really expect to collect that kind of money, but they will take everything they can.  This really ought to send the message, don’t you think?  You’d think so.

I have always been of the opinion that spammers (and phishers… and scammers) should be crucifed with rusty spikes (with the rustiest one right through the nuts).  I cannot overstate the vitriolic contempt I have for these parasites.  I’m allowed.  A few of the people with whom I used to work later went on to join the ranks of the rusty-spike deserving.

I’m glad the world is winning a round or two.  I do a little dance.  chachacha.
