And here they are: the pics from Jason’s b-day weekend on Galiano– an island not to be confused with the similarly shaped bottle, direct from 1976, known as Galliano. The similarity is rather too coincidental to be coincidental, so I’m thinking Galiano’s founding fathers were… boozy, cocktailing, velvet suit-wearing, over-size wire-rim brown-tinted bi-focal wearing, easy-listening, mustachio’d, polyester-loving, free-loving, mullet-sporting crusaders for freedom from the establishment. Who were crafty enough to dodge a lawsuit for using the name of their favorite liquere not on a bar like most of us, but on their own island. And now their descendants raise goats, make crafts and smoke pot. Or so pop culture would have you believe. Anyway, the pics are up. Click.
