Gotta go by Saturday:
– the futon: queen size-ish. high-end solid pine frame. six-inch mattress in good condition. worth a hundred, hundred fifty bucks I’m sure, but it’ll go for $50.
– the gaming books: a milk crate packed with Palladium 1&2, Rifts, Gurps and Car Wars resource books. easily worth a hundred bucks. take ’em.
– the computer chair: comfy, high-back, two-way adjustable basic computer chair. hardly used because I went nuts and bought an Aeron. yours for $20.
– a hojillion issues of Mixmag: two milk crates-worth of downloading resource madness. want music? dayyyyyum. actually the Mixmags will probably go today. we need the milk crates for packing. if you’re interested ask me.
– I’m tempted to put the comics up but I know if I did I would be sad. I haven’t looked at them in at least a couple years but I like knowing they’re there for that day I get nostaligic or really really poor.
That’s all I can think of. Tune in for updates every day. Maybe a couple times a day.
It is a sad day that you have to leave your comics behind. What else are you supposed to read right before an epic walk through the multiverse. If you need a place to store your comics, or your gaming books (cause I can’t believe your never going to want to look at them again) you can leave them with me. Hey, it would be an excuse for a drink before you leave. Give me a shout.

COMMENT:
Yup. Coouldn’t part with the comics. They will follow me through yet another move. The gaming books, however, would be pleased as punch to hang out with you for a while. We will make that sociable happen.
so where are we going to sleep if you get rid of futon…when we come up
I’ll take the chair, if it isn’t gone already. Have need of a chair that doesn’t sink as soon as you sit in it ;) Delivery arrangements to be made before Sunday.
BTW, looks like Ingo can’t help load, though I’m hoping I can drag him away from his Sami-in-pieces to meet us and unload.
