What a good weekend.

We hung out with Ardene and Leane at Bravo and we decided our server was both cute and flirt worthy, so I did and she smiled back. Yum. And even though it took us probably an hour to get out of Ardene’s place we didn’t mind because she has a very cool place:

That was good times. Her team is good people. I liked everyone I met, and I hope I get to hang with them again sometime not too far away. And beer can come again too. The girls played some good ball and trounced the enemy 10-1. I think it may have helped to have such smashingly handsome men in the bleachers. I do what I can. =) Kirsten is on her team. Kirsten is Brian’s wife. They used to be roommates of mine at the infamous Elnido House. We saw some times, aye. It was good to see them again.

And then Neil and I hung out at the lake for good times with his fam and a terminally cute dog:

I have a sunburn that is not good. Where did the time go? One minute I’m reading a very good book out on the dock and the next I’m extra tasty crispy. It’s because my belly hasn’t really seen the light of day in about three years. Stoopid day job. Ah well. Now I have a good base to build on, right? Isn’t that how it works? And I won’t get lost in the dark for the next few days. Not glowing like this. Although I could easily be mistaken for a raccoon…

And why weren’t you at the lake with us? d00dman, you so missed out. You could have told me to get the hell out of the sun! And I thought we was friends. That’s love for ya.
