And thus it ended. One glorious week with Double-A’s Nikon Coolpix 995.
Enormous thanks to him. Warm hugs. Cold Jello. And I curse him for it. I’ve gone digital.
And digital SLRs are the expensive ones. Of course.
Because I’m not going to be happy with a fancy all-in-one. Oh no. I’m going to want expandability. I want telephotos. I want circular polarizing filters. I want lens effects.
But after all was said and done, the only real negative thing I had to say about the digital is the cycle speed. s-l-o-w.
So I’m a convert. And it’ll cost, but you know I’ll justify that by saying I’ll never have to pay for film or developing again. Hmm. At that rate I only have to shoot 350 frames a week for the rest of my life and the camera will pay itself off! Woohoo!
You’re more than welcome, goodly dj. Truly it will be expensive, and truly it’s worth it. :) And you’re right, it does pay for itself in zero film-costs surprisingly quickly.
I can’t wait for you to get the camera. And then… THE BIKE!
COMMENT:
Oh Great Leader, Aaron, I shall repeat after you (whilst sitting in lotus position) AUHMMMM … ICQ…bike…camera…blog…cellphones with hands-free ear pieces…AUHMMMM…
